Oatmeal with chia seeds to soak overnight

Old-fashioned rolled oats give the right chewiness. Steamed oat groats are flattened with big rollers to make rolled oats.

This method partially cooks the oats and stabilizes their beneficial oils, making them ideal for overnight oats. They're low-calorie, high-fiber, and sugar-free.

Both soluble and insoluble fiber in chia seeds aids digestive health, blood sugar regulation, and fullness. They contain all nine necessary amino acids and plant-based protein.

This oatmeal recipe works with almond, soy, oat, or any milk. Soy, oat, and almond milk are different. (Soymilk has the greatest protein.)

Prunes (or pitted medjool dates): Blending pitted dates or prunes into milk sweetens oatmeal healthily. Plums are prunes. Drying wrinkles them, making them sweet and acidic.

They can be eaten alone, added to cereals, salads, or trail mixes, or used in stews, sauces, and desserts.

Hemp hearts include all nine necessary amino acids. Dietary fiber helps manage blood sugar and makes you feel full. They also include omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids
